The wildlife is the best I have seen without having to be secluded in the middle of a rainforest. A wide variety of activities and entertainment throughout the year, allowing to have something to look forward to each day. A pace of life that is laid back enough to allow us to enjoy each moment. The cost of living within reason of what I considered things should cost, allowing us to live like a king. Finally a million-dollar views for a quarter of the price. What more can one ask for in life? We had found heaven on this earth and that is how our story of life in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo begins…

Costa Grande Real Estate 

An idea that was formed after experiencing the process of being new to this foreign town. I spent hours, days, months, trying to get adequate assistance to become relocated into this area, which was not an easy task being from a different country with different systems, language, culture and society. After finding the right places to go, meeting the right people, and understanding how this place worked, I knew that I could offer the service, not only of finding one’s piece of paradise under the sun, but I could offer all additional services under one roof. After a few years, Costa Grande Real Estate grew to Costa Grande Legal Service and Dissol Construction. Today our bilingual team offers assistance to new and existing residents in the areas of Law, Construction, Accounting, Banking, Immigration and US and Mexico Notarial services.

Legal Team

Our Legal Team at Costa Grande Legal Service consists of six licensed attorneys, headed by Lic. Jaime Rios Villalobos, with a degree in law from UNAM graduated in 2004 and has since served as a judge for the local municipality and State of Guerrero and as a magistrate for the federal government of Mexico. Jaime has been part of the Costa Grande family since 2014. Our team of experts offers assistance in all branches of the law. Our assistance includes property translations, purchase contracts and agreements, drafting land trust (Fideicomiso), corporate structuring, immigration assistance (Temporary Residency and Permanent Residency).

Accounting Assistance

The Accounting assistance that is offered at Costa Grande Legal Services is headed by the C.P. Lizbeth Solano Quiroz, who holds a Masters’s Degree in accounting and a Masters’s in tax law, both degrees from San Nicolas University in Morelia and her team of four accountants. Our assistance includes banking structuring in Mexico, tax declarations with SAT (Hacienda), capital gains declarations (ISR), tax deductions on property sales, and employee management with Social Security (IMSS).

Construction Division

Dissol, the Construction division of Costa Grande Real Estate, is operated by Ing. Francisco Javier Cadena Cardenas, with a degree in engineering and a specialty degree in electrical mechanics from the Institute of the Costa Grande in Zihuatanejo. The team at Dissol consist of eight officials and offers assistance in home construction, remodeling, repairs, pools, designs, building permits, appraisals, and home inceptions.
